This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how AESA Group, SE ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, maintains, and protects the information of users of the TaskFLY mobile application ("Application"). Our goal is to ensure transparency and protection of your data in accordance with applicable law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA).

1. Introduction

TaskFLY is a mobile task management app that allows users to create, manage and track their tasks. The app is available on the iOS platform (iPhone, iPad) and does not require the creation of a user account or login. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your data stays safe.

2. What data we collect

2.1 User-generated data

Tasks: Title, description, deadline, priority and status of the task.
User settings: Application theme, preferences.
Subscription status: Information about an active or cancelled TaskFLY PRO subscription.

2.2 Automatically collected data

Firebase Analytics: The app uses Google's Firebase Analytics to anonymously evaluate app usage, such as task interactions or technical performance data. This data is not linked to your identity. The collection of this data is optional (opt-in) and is only activated when you give your consent the first time you launch the app.
App Store analytics: Standard aggregated statistics such as number of downloads or ratings.
Transaction data: Information about purchases processed through Apple StoreKit.

2.3 Data we do not collect

We do not collect personal data such as name, email, location, photos, contacts, microphone, camera, etc.
We do not use ad trackers, cookies or remarketing tools.

3. How we use your data

The data is used solely to provide the functions of the application, such as:

Task management
Sending notifications
Activating PRO functions
Improving the app based on anonymous analytics data (only with consent)

4. Data storage and security

Local storage: The data is only stored on your device via CoreData.
No servers: There is no cloud synchronisation or data transfer.
Security: Data is protected by iOS mechanisms (biometrics, password).

5. Data sharing

Firebase Analytics: The recorded data is processed by Google, but is not linked to a specific user.
Apple services: Apple processes purchases according to its own policies.
Third Parties: We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Your rights

Data access: Anytime directly in the app
Removal of data: Manually or by uninstalling the app
Disagreement: Data is not shared, consent to analytics is optional
Complaint: You can contact the Data Protection Authority of the Slovak Republic

7. Subscriptions and payments

TaskFLY PRO: Managed exclusively by Apple
Cancellation: Via App Store settings
Refunds: Addresses Apple

8. Children and protection of minors

The app is suitable for all ages. We do not collect any data from children.

9. International data transfer

As the data only stays on the device, there is no transfer outside the EU.

10. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may modify this Policy. We will notify you when we make material changes:
